Kuraray Europe GmbH: Realignment of distribution channels for elastomers

Hattersheim am Main, July 01, 2016 − As of today, the Japanese specialty chemical company Kuraray takes over the sales of its established elastomer brands SEPTON™, HYBRAR™, KURARITY™ and LIR/LBR previously executed by Marubeni in Europe. A distribution agreement between the Business Unit Elastomer of Kuraray Europe GmbH, Hattersheim, and Marubeni Europe plc, Dusseldorf, was terminated on June 30, 2016.

Our goal for each application therefore is to supply not only a perfectly matched product but also tailored technical support and service.”

Other existing distribution agreements are not affected by the reorganization.
