Customer focus

I make sure that the expectations of external and internal customers are at the heart of our day-to-day work. I have the skills needed and help make sure that our products and services are available reliably in the specified quality. By actively monitoring markets and trends and maintaining regular exchange with our customers, I drive my team towards development and new solutions.

Trust

I look positively to the future and trust my team, my colleagues, my line managers and the global management direction. I delegate responsibility thoughtfully to my staff and give them the necessary information, the freedom to operate in an agreed frame and the resources needed. I help my staff apply their knowledge and skills, develop their potential.

People orientation

I respect and value my colleagues and ensure a pleasant and safe and healthy working environment. I reflect on what I do, give timely, open and honest feedback and listen actively. I acknowledge performance and we celebrate success. Even in challenging situations I lead by example regarding our values. I encourage and utilise diversity within the company.

Courage

Together with my team, I constantly strive for high performance and look for challenges. This includes improvement, development and innovation. I address conflicts, consciously take courageous decisions and see setbacks as opportunities for development. I set clear targets and take responsibility for the results. This includes a consequent, cost-efficient, fast realisation of the agreed measures based on integrity and our compliance rules.
